Another Iowa Central Win

Iowa Central handily defeated Scott County 5-0 yesterday in the last home game in Ft. Dodge.  I only had 5 short texts from Tom Walgren concerning the game and I missed the phone call from Madeline after the game.  Madeline notched the second goal of the game assisted by Steph Gale.  She told Debra that their defense held pretty tough and didn't think that the GK ever touched the ball.  Their last conference game against Iowa Lakes has been moved to this Saturday from the 25th however it is in Spencer, Iowa so I do not think that we will go.  Here is the Recap of the game.
     Meredith continues to improve and the swelling is starting to subside.  She still is light sensitive but she was able to wear a hat all day which she said helps.  CMU has a game this Saturday against Avila so we may go just to see how Meredith is doing.
